Shipping information

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days, however, this may differ during busy periods. We will always contact customers if there is a delay when shipping your order. Standard orders are typically shipped via EVRI or Royal Mail, using a 2-4 day courier service. Bespoke and handmade items, such as our candles, have longer dispatch times, please check the item listing for more information.

Standard shipping costs £4.99 for customers based in England and Scotland. Parts of Ireland may incur a long distance shipping fee which means the shipping price will increase to £12 as this is considered an international delivery. This will be calculated at checkout. Customers located in these areas may also be liable to pay import taxes (or VAT charges for orders over £150). The Pampas Place UK is not responsible for any charges applied after your order has been shipped.

We don’t currently offer a next day delivery option on our website, however please send us a message on Instagram if you’d like a product sooner. Next day delivery can be arranged pending availability.

Once your item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays beyond our control, however we are always on hand to help to resolve this with the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

It is important to us that our customers are happy with our products. Whilst we hope this is always the case, we understand sometimes things happen so please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or damaged product.

Before contacting us, please consider that our products are natural and handcrafted. When a product is natural it means your purchase is truly one of a kind. Each piece will be slightly different and may have variations in colour. While some "imperfections" may be present, these imperfections are what makes each piece unique and beautiful.

Due to the handmade custom nature of our floral products, there may be discrepancies in shape, size and colour - we do not offer refunds or exchange because of this. 

Please note that due the nature of the branches and how they are preserved, you will almost always encounter broken pieces in your box. These will be loose and brittle ends that break away during transit. This should not affect the overall look of the product and sadly cannot be avoided, therefore items cannot be returned because of this, unless they have been extensively damaged.

As a customer, please ensure you have read all item descriptions before purchasing, so that you are aware of what you are ordering. We do not accept returns simply for change of mind as our products are usually hand made or bespoke/made to order items - this type of item cannot be returned. 

We regret that we cannot accept returns on our glassware range due to hygiene purposes.

Information on Preserved & Dried Florals

With dyed, tinted and preserved products there may be instances where you experience colour transfer. We advise keeping them away from surfaces and clothing that you don’t want stained.

Preserved florals do not react well to sudden changes in temperature, this can happen during transit from our floral studio to you at your delivery address. Humidity and/or sudden changes in temperature can cause the preservative to leak out of the product. If this happens, gently wipe off with a clean dry cloth or paper towels. We recommend keeping your dried florals away from damp or humid environments.
